Mary Lavelle has been working as a Chartered Surveyor since 1999 with a professional background in real estate and asset valuation. She currently serves as a Director in the Valuation & Advisory team of CBRE in Dublin, where she values commercial property for both bank lending purposes and pension and private equity funds.
She has several decades of experience in the commercial property sector primarily focussed on property valuation and advisory but also including asset management and asset disposals.
She is a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
