Charlotte is passionate about challenging the status quo and creating meaningful change. With over two decades of leadership in the disability sector, she has developed person-centred approaches, guided service transformation, and shaped innovative capacity-building programmes across Ireland. Charlotte specialises in strategy and implementation of Social Role Valorisation theory, always bringing depth and rigour to practice. She continues to teach and build communities of practice that raise expectations and inspire better futures.
